Active pilot.
One founding seat open.

The church module is in early pilot with a small DMV-based, Black-led congregation. We're not naming them publicly until they consent. Seat #003 of the founding cohort is currently held for the first church to commit to a full Harvest deployment — locked founding rate, founder-led implementation, every milestone documented.

· What Harvest is not ·

Honest about
the edges.

We'd rather lose a deal up front than over-promise and disappoint a pastor six months in. Here's what Harvest doesn't do, and what to use instead.

×
Not a website / CMS. Use Squarespace, Webflow, or a Black-led WordPress host. We integrate; we don't replace.
×
Not a giving processor. No card payments inside Harvest. We integrate with whichever major giving platform you already use. Your money flow stays separate from your member data.
×
Not a livestream platform. We document service prep and queue announcements, but we don't host video. Continue using YouTube, Resi, BoxCast.
×
Not facilities or HVAC. Building maintenance, janitorial, capital projects — outside scope. We help with the IT side via Managed IT.
×
Not denominational-specific. Built first for Baptist, AME, COGIC, and non-denominational Black churches in the DMV. Adaptable, but not pre-tuned for Catholic, Orthodox, or sacrament-heavy traditions.
· On pastoral data ·

A pastor's care notes are not analytics.

Member care touches some of the most private information in a person's life — health crises, family struggles, addiction, marriage trouble, doubts about faith. We treat that data accordingly: pastor-only access by default, encrypted at rest, auditable on every edit, and never used for "AI training" or third-party analytics. Ever.

What we commit to, in writing

  • Role-based access. Confidential notes are pastor-only by default. Care leads get scoped access only when explicitly assigned to a member.
  • Strong encryption at rest. Industry-standard field-by-field encryption on pastoral note fields.
  • Immutable activity log. Every view, edit, or export of a care note is logged with timestamp + user.
  • No AI training on member data. Harvest's workflow assistant works inside your account; member care notes are excluded from any cross-organization model.
  • Right to delete. If a member requests their data be purged, it's purged. activity log preserved with with personal details removed.
· Pastor & admin questions ·

Before you book.

Is Harvest ready, or is this a future product?
Member Care and Roll Call SMS are in early pilot now. Harvest Core service-planning is in pilot. Giving Reporting integrations are on the near roadmap. Seat #003 of the founding cohort is the first full church deployment — that's a real commitment, not a beta tester role.
What does the founding-pilot seat actually mean?
Founder-led implementation (we're onsite Sunday for the first 3 services), founding subscription rate locked for the life of the partnership, monthly working sessions with the pastor and admin team to prioritize what ships next, and the church's voice in the roadmap. We name organizations only after they sign off — no marketing surprises.
Do you replace the major church-management platforms?
Eventually for most use cases — yes. Today, depending on your stack: Member Care + Roll Call cover most of what mid-size congregations use the major people + services platforms for. We'll do an honest gap analysis on your current stack in the founding call and tell you what stays, what gets replaced, and what we don't yet handle.
How do you handle confidential pastoral notes?
Strong encryption at rest, role-based access (pastor-only by default), never-edited activity log on every read and edit, no AI training on member data, and a written right-to-delete commitment. See the "Pastoral data" section above — every commitment listed there goes into the service agreement. Specific cipher and infrastructure details are shared under NDA on the founding call.
What's the implementation look like for a small church?
For a congregation of ≤200 members: 2 onsite Sundays + 4 weeks remote setup. Member data import from spreadsheets or your existing system, kiosk hardware set up, volunteer team SMS onboarding, pastor + admin training. Full pilot can run in 6 weeks.
Does Harvest work for multi-site churches?
Architecturally, yes — but we're not pretending we've battle-tested it. Multi-site Roll Call and Harvest Core work in our internal testing. We'd want to onboard a single-site congregation first, then expand. If you're a multi-site church, the founding call is a real conversation about scope.
What does it cost?
Subscription tiers + one-time setup, same structure as our childcare clients. Founding cohort seats get founding rates locked. See pricing — and the founding call includes an honest discussion of what tier fits a congregation your size.
